Path along 4th Ave between Broad & Fire training station

Description

The section of 4th avenue near the fire training station is a good east / west route. There is a sidewalk as far as Ross Avenue, then a dirt track over to St. John street (where a lip in the curb is a bit tricky).

A wide path for pedestrians and cyclists should be added along 4th avenue between Broad and the curve in Ross avenue, as drivers utilize both lanes.

Or at the very least pave as far as St. John Street and add a curb ramp so cyclists can ride over to 5th avenue to bypass 4th.
