Description

A paved path Running along Prince of Wales between Arcola or Assiniboine Avenue and Quance Street would provide better north / south access in the east side of the city.

There are unpaved paths present already.

Neither Prince of Wales nor University Park Drive are suitable for cycling due to traffic volume, and visibility limiting curves.
