Poor winter snow clearance

Description

A lot of snow from the Lewvan gets knocked down onto the underpass making it difficult to walk through and nearly impossible to cycle. The path under the Lewvan is too narrow for the snow clearing vehicles to fit. If the path were widened so that a truck could fit, the path would be easier to keep clear.
